Senate Democrats on Tuesday blocked a Republican bill that would ban most abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
The measure failed to advance in a 54-42 vote, falling short of the 60 vote threshold needed.

Animals...nothing more than animals....after 90 days was the threshold when I was younger. To think of what type of person would be able to do this procedure is beyond me, unless of course the mothers life was in danger or it is a case of incest...beyond that this is insane on the mothers and doctors part.
