Yet little is ever said about this except [below] to say he “changed his mind” in 2014 or 2015 about it.
The answer about “some sort of amnesty” was pretty clear here to me.
This “spew” is from Walker’s campaign manager:
“The problems snowballed, all self-inflicted. “The week after the debate, our events fell a little bit flat,” Wiley said. “And so then we roll into the Iowa State Fair, and the ‘birthright citizenship’ [gaffe] came up.
