There's almost no chance of that because a real conservative couldn't get half the GOP caucus to select him. If Boehner goes down then it'll be McCarthy or Scalise who will replace him. The Democrats can live with either one.

Something is driving the Dems. At least eight of them have already announced they’ll back Boehner. It was on Breitbart.
