IMO, until that time, she is EXACTLY right to write ‘per SCoTUS’ instead of her name.
I learned this in the 5th or 6th grade history. Unfortunately, in those days, we were deprived of being educated on how to properly put on a rubber. I don’t know how we ever survived...

A while back, there was a county clerk (I believe it was in Pennsylvania, but I could be mistaken about that) who began issuing marriage licenses to same sex couples despite the fact that it was not yet legal in that state. He was ordered to stop, but continued to issue them anyway. I don’t recall the ACLU going after him, or him going to jail. Does anyone else here recall that case? Can you provide more detail than what I’m giving here?

Well...I don’t support democrats. No matter what their “cause celeb” of the day may be.........
“They” don’t get distracted by every little shrill who suddenly jumps ship to their side nor do they worship that turncoat as an idol.
They take to the courts, take to the legislature, and when that fails they take to the streets.
We worship a false prophet and hope that makes it all better.

She is actually doing something about the problem. You’re not. She is taking a stand for her beliefs and will likely go to prison again. And, you don’t want to support her because she’s not GQ enough, or because her past is to checkered. I’ll would guess this, she knows way more about Christ than you do.
