Who would be far more deserving for our support in this matter than her? She said no and went to prison for this matter. Are you really so shallow that you only see a person's looks and ignore the substance of what they are doing? Do you care more about her checkered past than Christ does? And do you have cause to judge her more sternly than Christ does?

Opinion is not judgment. I just think this entire exercise has been a waste of valuable time that could be best spent on far more important issues.

When you violate civil rights laws...you take your chances on going to jail. While I do not support pervert marriage, the law has been manipulated in a way that jail is an option given to judges to use as a form of enforcement.

She went to jail for that.

The rest is all theater to deflect, distract, and confuse some on our side.

I just didn’t fall for it.

And yet the fact remains that the only "laws" that are on the books are those supporting her action. If you're here on free republic to let us all know that the supreme court makes law (constitutionally makes law) then you have a long row hoe uphill.

Congress passed the Defense of Marriage act and liberals successfully argued that it wasn't necessary because no one was talking about gay's getting married. And the SC threw it out. The laws that have been passed by the people's representatives both state and federal that effect Kim have been in opposition to what a nine member court has ruled.

When you go to jail for your beliefs, then come back and criticize Kim. This isn't about theater, you're the only theater here.
