Yeah, but the media would go to any lengths to smear a GOP, so while he would possibly let it happen, the media wouldn’t be licking his boots about it. I didn’t like him, and still don’t, but the media bias is explicitly about what your party is.

A further point is that people believe that we ‘elected’ Obama (as a nation).
Based on what I could tell when I went to vote (both times) against Obama, no one was voting for him.
Not that the popular election means anything, but the Electoral College is SUPPOSED to be based on the popular vote.
