Not sure what the situation is...
I’m not sure the MK stood for anything. It was just part of the code name for the mind control project the military sponsored. It didn’t pan out, or at least that was the official reporting on it.

We can read the same twitter feed you do and ask questions. It doesn’t take a ‘reporter’ to do that!
MK was more than alleged actually. There was acid in the systems of several victims, including one mid ranked military guy they dosed. And scraped off the pavement after a meeting with superiors.
But it’s just one of many govt experiments that result in a lot of bad things. Just a couple years back they were gassing people with diesel fumes and got caught rather publicaly.
Point being that anyone saying it’s all just tinfoil is either self deluding or a conspirator themselves. Because the facts and history show it does happen and often.

4chan is totally on the open. Dark Web is a different deal entirely. I don’t go there (yet).

Just playing the odds. There are a few attributes of a mass/angry/planned shooter that are more common than others.
The united states has closed most of its mental institutions and now the mentally ill are roaming untreated dangers to themselves and others.
Medications do work, but not by themselves without intensive inpatient therapy of which we have not much.
My friend lives in West Linn and she is very Conservative, she also raised her son to be Conservative(she is originally from Australia so she understands the horrors of Socialism) the leftists all live in Portland..its kind of like California, everyone assumes everyone in Cali are a bunch of left wing loons, Ive lived here all my life, proud Conservative surrounded by loons

I’d love to see if I can find some of the old material I found on much more successful ‘Suggestibility Projects’ run by the military and/or Federal government. It was probably leaked material that shouldn’t have been out there. Wonder if any of it is in the Snowden cache.
What I read was quite chilling. A handler using the technologies and techniques detailed, could create and send out a mass killer, anytime it is needed by the Administration.
Its just shocking that someone can post a threat like that and the response from people seemed well, pretty cool with it. If someone posts a threat and I see it I would report it, better to be safe than sorry
Looks like 4chan is a lovely place...
4chan is a hipster/script kiddie wannabee place where they pretend alot after getting from the cool kids lunch table. Sometimes come up with funny stuff but mostly just disaffected nerds.
