Trump said Friday if he wins the election he has a special place for Carson on his Cabinet. “I would put him — I’d love to have that,” Trump said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.” Trump also stated he regards Carson as a “nice man” although he seriously doubts Carson’s negotiation skills. Trump feels like he is the sure-shot for the presidential run.
Could we possibly see a Trump-Carson ticket?

I don’t know, it’s hard to think of good vp material for Trump. But it would probably be beneficial to have a politician to give voters a sense of familiar tradition, because voting for someone who’s never been elected to anything is a big deal.

Yes. Since the new President will likely have to replace two justices and we need strong conservatives on the Supreme Court, this would be a good fit for Gowdy.

Why is a political office to which he has absolutely no shot of winning more important than his work as a brain surgeon?
Understand and appreciate his attack on Obamacare and the Golfer in Chief, but his candidacy makes no sense unless he is suffering from Megalomania like “Jeb”.
He wants to serve in the Federal Apparatus, put him in charge of the VA.
Carson would be an excellent choice to oversee science funding and cut out the bloated bureaucracy in place, and I also wouldn’t mind him setting the biology curriculums for public schools if Trump can’t find a way to get rid of the D of Ed.
However, Carson should NOT be placed in any position which relates to guns, welfare, and illegals, as the man has shown himself to frequently be ignorant on those subjects.
With Gowdy tossing in the towel to move home to be with his family it pretty much rules him out. Not that anyone could be blamed for that reason but I sure wish Gowdy would continue his political career because we need him. Cruz would be great too and would prep him for a later Presidential run.
