Hmmmm. Here's hoping the end results are similar to the suit against LuckyGunner and the assclowns end up having to pay Remington a butt load of $$$$$$.

Federal laws prohibits this suit. As to state court, well, interstate commerce and all.

LOL! Is there anything that they can’t encircle with the ever expanding commerce clause?

Federal laws prohibits this suit. As to state court, well, interstate commerce and all. I seem to recall a very recent lawsuit like this where the plaintiffs were held liable for all of the defendants sizable legal costs because of the law you cite. Maybe someplace in the western states.

The “families” have already divided nearly $8 million from one large lump of donations but that’s not including their individual FB and GoFundMe, etc. fundraisers. Strange how attorney Feinburg is in charge of those donations, the Boston Bombing, 9/11, and Deepwater (DP) Horizon accident charities. Also, they mysteriously got their home mortgages paid off (see the public tax records) that Christmas and who knows what all else. Apparently, that’s just not enough so they’re flying this frivolous lawsuit.
