State borders really don’t matter much. When you go by socio-economic categories, urban blacks have murder rates that are sky-high, and rival the worst cultures on earth. Rural and suburban whites have murder rates that are much lower, similar to that of Europe. This is why Obama focuses on state lines, because it hides the urban/rural and cultural divide.

MileHi that surprised me too. Some of the strictest gun laws are in Colorado? I can legally ccw almost everywhere, excluding schools and federali property. No gun kill zone signs are not legally binding. That’s better than most states.
