In the big picture remember that Trump will make room for conservatives who will finally have found a voice under his umbrella for what is, maybe, 70-80% conservative. The real answer would be a constitutional amendment which, as putative president, Trump would have zero input into.
You have little evidence he’s a conservative. He talks like a union Democrat. I know. What’s Trump done about these deeply held beliefs? Nothing.
