I went to the event where Perry dropped out. All of the candidates had been invited. Carson did okay with a few rounds of applause and a few standing-O’s. Other candidates like Paul, Huckabee, Santorem got less of a response than that. But when Ted Cruz showed up he got at least 1 standing-O per every 3 minutes.
