Its private property. They can exclude anyone they want. That doesn’t mean you have to shop or eat there. The food sucks so I don’t know why you’d want to eat there anyway.

And before we get all excitable, we might want to ask how this is any different from say refusing to bake a cake for gays or declining to sell cans of gasoline to OWS activists.

The obvious tool is the boycott. I don’t support gungbrabbers, so I urge people not to eat crappy Italian food at this restaurant.

Their policy is... take food service meals that are bland... add a bunch of salt and garlic for flavor... play commercials of what are obviously the happiest people on the face of the earth... with wait staff that are high on cocaine. (because nobody is that damn happy all the time)

No they cannot exclude anyone they want;as a business serving the public they may not exclude blacks,homosexuals, or police who simply want their services.
