Vice President Joe Biden trails Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination, yet he looks more electable than the former secretary of state against top Republicans.
As Democrats prepare for their first debate Tuesday evening, the latest Fox News national poll finds little movement in the primary. Clinton remains the front-runner among Democratic primary voters (45 percent), with Bernie Sanders (25 percent) and Biden (19 percent) behind her by about 20 percentage points. That's almost identical to where things stood three weeks ago.

Biden would be there for the same purpose as he was in 2008 & 2012: to bring white Catholic votes. He was a useful dupe for Obama, and will do it again; he’ll probably have Mr. Francis (the pope) do commercials for him...

Funny, I’ve been Catholic for almost 15 years and I’ve never once heard the name Biden and the word Catholic in the same sentence. In fact I’ve never heard even one Catholic mention Biden at all.

My sons’ football team (ACGC in MN) made a video and the coach told the kids that Biden’s secretary called the school for permission to use it in his campaign. As the info went from the school secretary to the coach to my sons, I’m not sure what campaign: presidential? Against domestic violence?
They made the funny video during a JV game so only the seniors and juniors who play just on varsity are in it. My 9th and 10th grade boys do play JV so they aren’t in it. Very glad about that as I wouldn’t want to be the parent who gets in the way. My kids would have had to had their faces blurred or whatever if it’s used for a presidential campaign.
Anyway - does the request to use the video mean he is for sure running?

You know, I’ll be honest with you. I’m from Missouri. Like I say I’ve never heard anything from my fellow Catholics about Biden. On the other hand the northeast is heavily Catholic and I haven’t understood how they’ve voted for 25+ years. In other words what you say may be true of many of the messed up and deviate states (with all their electoral votes), but it’s simply not part of my experience.
Only solid support Hillary has is the Vagina Vote. No matter what, a woman get’s their vote. Not Biden or anyone else will get those voters and they will be completely PO’d if Biden does get in and gets the nomination. Plan on them staying home.
I understand; the Pope (and many previous Popes) should have been demanding explanations for the absurd manner in which pro-abortion Dems carry the states with the heaviest concentrations of Catholics. It is disgraceful.
