What I read is that it was said that GWB said he hated Cruz with no source given. Could this be another media fabrication?

“””Could this be another media fabrication?”””
I thought the same when it was first reported on Politico.
Now many conservative sources have also stated the same story. If it were not true, the Bushes would be denying and they are not.

How about totalitarianism as in Patriot Act, Jorge?

“What’s the opposite of “protectionism” ?”
Competition? Or maybe union busting, since unions are so enamored with protectionism.

Or maybe union busting, since unions are so enamored with protectionism.Manufacturing is 90% non union at this point. Offshoring and factory closings are affecting non union workers way more the union workers.

I find it interesting that Drudge has yet to highlight GWB’s comments

He shouldn’t have gone after Cruz. I’d like to see him go to the sidelines and I’d like to stop criticizing him just to get his brother. He shouldn’t have said anything about Cruz, though.

Breaks self-imposed retirement from politics to take a cheap shot at conservative darling Ted Cruz!
To: sparklite2
Seems like everyone's out to get George's family. Jorge should remember the saying, "If one person tells you you're a prick, that's his problem. If everyone says you're a prick, that's your problem."
To: MUDDOG
"He tried to beat my brother."Ted's real crime was beating W's buddy Dewhurst.

I know that. Unions remain enamored of protectionism, however.I'm not a great fan of unions, especially not public unions, but at least they represent the interests of people who are American citizens. The "free traders" represent the interests of transnational corporations, speculators, and of lobbies representing the interests of Third World countries that benefit from outsourcing.
To: noinfringers2
The Bushes and the Clintons both see the American people as their subjects.
