50/50 on whether he runs or not. The timing is interesting, One day before Hillary testifies before the Benghazi committee. The Dems on the committee already know what has been found and what the questions will be at the hearing.
Biden could be positioning himself as the alternative prior to the hearing. Or he could be saying that he is not in recognizing that the hearing will not hurt Hillary.
Be careful what you wish for. For the Dems, Biden is the better candidate and could pose a bigger challenge to the GOP. And Obama will use his organization and fund raising to make Joe the third and possibly fourth term of Obama.
