I really like Webb. I would prefer him over Kasich. Don’t know if VA is a critical state though.
Carson was on Glenn Beck this morning, and said he would not "take on" the Russians but can't remember the exact words he used, words to the effect he'd spar with them. So would Hillary. And I don't know what others would do. Carson has done his homework on the ME and Africa. He is a very thoughtful man.
I won't vote for anybody who won't give the Russians a lot of latitude. I've no love lost for Putin, but they sat by and watched us play in their backyard, and I don't like their making huge land grabs in the ME, especially Iraq which was paid for in a lot of American, allied, and Iraqi blood so I would hate to lose that to them.
The former satellite countries of Russia, except Poland, if they want to come back into the Russian fold, I suppose we don't like that either, but we should impede them. Yet communism seems to have more of a presence in the world today that it had during the cold war. So it has spread like Stalin, Khrushev (we will bury you) and others had constantly bleated about.
Well, it would certainly be an outsider ticket. Not sure if a total lak of political background would help or hurt.
VA not a critical state? All swing states are critical and often go as a group one way or another. The GOP losing VA and several other swing states gave Obama the presidency in ‘08 and ‘12.

Well, that statement narrows down your problem. You are either completely insane or the biggest horse’s ass that ever existed.
If he wins (very likely), he'll choose a running mate that will be best.
If he thinks that's Carson, that'll be just fine.
There's a looong way to go here, let's not go wobbly, first he has to secure the nomination.
