ISIS is fighting Russian fighter planes. And when ISIS doesn’t have shoulder fired anti-aircraft missiles, they must think of some other more effective way to destroy those Russian fighters decimating their forces. Those ideas must be creative, powerful, and effective. And so ISIS is reaching for the only materials they supposedly have to fashion new weaponry to mount a potent defense. This time, they are reaching for their condoms.

ISIS has been documenting and photographing their attempts to pollute the skies with floating mines, their condoms filled with explosives and helium. Photos reveal ISIS fighters releasing the helium- and explosives-filled condoms. In a propaganda video purportedly created by ISIS, the launch of apparently hundreds of the explosive-filled floating condoms were released. The video has all the characteristics of ISIS propaganda. ISIS fighters wearing masks, and brandishing weapons, were filmed in the field releasing the condoms. In the background, chanting ISIS singers can be heard.
It is unclear how effective the floating condom bombs have been. It is also unclear where the unexploded floating condom bombs will land, in what countries they will be found, and how many victims will die as a result of their careless use of condom bombs.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest accused Russia of “indiscriminate military operations against the Syrian opposition.” The White House has not yet commented on ISIS’s use of indiscriminate condom bombs.
A careful search of www.whitehouse.gov has returned many documents on abstinence, HIV and AIDS prevention, and the safe and correct use of condoms–but no available articles make mention of this new ISIS threat.

muslims invented condoms out of goat gut, but the Chinese later improved them by taking the gut out of the goats.

By the time they get high enough to actually hit a jet the air temps will be so cold the latex will freeze and the condom will shatter....
This is why mylar and other special materials are used for weather balloons.

How many ISIS guys are going to die from Goat AIDS because they used up their condoms.
You can tell those are homing balloons. The White ones are designed to go after Russian helicopters, and the black ones are going after Russian fighters.
We can laugh now, but another 8 years of a ‘Rat administration under Hillary, and our own military will be reduced to doing desperate things like that.
Reminds me of the balloons launched by the Japanese that bore incinderary bombs. Those didn’t work either.
