Trump Change: More GOP Voters Than Ever Say He’s The Man (74% LV Repubs Say Trump Wins GOP)
Rasmussen Reports ^ | October 23, 2015 | Rasmussen Reports

Bang! More Republicans than ever think Donald Trump will be their party’s presidential nominee next year.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 74% of Likely Republican Voters believe Trump is likely to end up as the GOP nominee, with 34% who say it is Very Likely. The overall finding is a 16-point jump from a week ago and up eight points from Trump’s previous high among Republicans of 66% in early September. This is also the highest number to date who see a Trump nomination as Very Likely.

Just 23% of GOP voters say “The Donald” is unlikely to capture the Republican nomination, but that includes only six percent (6%) who consider it Not At All Likely. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

When Trump first announced his candidacy in mid-June, just 27% of Republicans felt his nomination was likely.

Among all likely voters, 57% say Trump is likely to be the Republican presidential nominee, with 22% who view it as Very Likely. Both these findings are also record highs since Rasmussen Reports began the weekly Trump Change survey in mid-August. Thirty-nine percent (39%) still say Trump is not likely to win the nomination, with 16% who say it is Not At All Likely.

74% is so high that it cuts across almost all states. Trump is the likely nominee.

Cruz is actually a better choice for evangelical Christians than is Carson, who has not been in the fire the way Cruz has.

The DC establishment will never allow Trump to take office.

They will do whatever it takes to prevent it.

Two more big Trump rallies occurring this weekend. Thousands upon thousands of people to attend. So many people attend these rallies that they overflow into adjoining halls and even stand in the cold/rain outside.

The pope is neo-Catholic.

The GOP is neo-socialist

Whilst monitoring Hillaries testimony it was clear as a bell that Cruz would be a Bulldog on unearthing and rooting out the ingrained corruption in DC and start at the Top...

As long as he has no ties to them that might color his work, I feel this is his calling and needed as much as anything, or we fall back...

Then his road to becoming President is obvious and he will do great things...

I believe this to be true. I actually don't much like Trump but and I won't vote for him in the primary (Cruse has my vote of those left) but I will vote for him in the General if he makes it to the General. After Obama I really don't see a down side with Trump when comparing him to all of the Democrats and most of the Republicans.

True about Cruz being better than Carson but Evangelicals need to ask more questions regarding Carson..IMO.

Im not 100% Trump but in the words of my neighbors...”Trump is a SOB and we need a SOB now more than ever”. In other words Trump may be better for the “cause” than some strict Evangelical Christian....
Carson, IMO, isnt what he tries to portray.

This is not an insult to Evangelicals but a wake up call.

The establishment may not like it, but they will capitulate at some point. IF Trump is the obvious winner and they do something so outside the rules to take it from him, they will lose the house, the senate and some state governments.

GOPe will learn that 1/2 a loaf is better than none.

Remember Trump said, to be a leader you have to be cunning, we’ve had a demonstration of cunning by watching Putin. I’m sure Trump is also very cunning.

In that event, it will be time for a real, live, civil war. The “DC establishment” will need to be replaced by “we, the people”

“we, the people” How Sweet It Is......but there is SO much to fix and Zero is going to do as much harm as possible.

Jebby started running ads last night and he just sucks.
Every point he made I am against especially on immigration.

he tried to make a push to support the military but just seems like empty words.

And yebbie is a converted Catholic. The “neo” is the ecumenical pablum push result. The US is not a part of the EU, yet.

Look for the gopers to start boosting Cruz and Carson even more now.

They need these two to split the Trump vote and then they’ll coalesce behind Rubio or Jebito.

I think the establishment are really just Democratic Party operatives who have co-opted the GOP leadership. Their chosen candidate, Jebster, is floundering in the polls and RINOS such as Christie and Kasich are barely registering a blip. Two outsiders in Trump and Carson are collectively getting nearly half of the Republican support. If these RINO types cared that much for their party they would start reaching out to conservatives and find common ground to work together to wipe out the left. On the contrary, they’re unleashing the dogs on us and playing footsy with the Dems over Paul Ryan to get him elected speaker of the house. They’re making no effort to listen to our side or implement policies we could support. It makes no sense at all unless the destruction of the GOP is their ultimate goal. Even the most moderate elements of the party know it won’t survive if conservatives pack up and leave. We’ve been had by the Dems and they’ve sabotaged the GOP. Long overdue for a Conservative Party to emerge. The Republican Party is gone after the next election cycle.

Oh he won’t run;

Oh he won’t send in his financial statement;

Oh he won’t last;

Oh he’s going to be dropping out;

Oh his numbers are going down;

Oh he is behind the pack;

OK, for over 100 days he has lead the Republican Candidates, he has filled more arenas, statiums, fairs, than any of the other candidates, and he has a gun plan out, and a tax plan out, and he has a multi-billion dollar company he is running, and a book coming out...and is speaking to events at least twice a week...

Now you tell me, what are the other candidates doing? Oh yes, Ben Carson LEFT his campaign to do a ‘book tour’ but Trump hasn’t left HIS campaign for his ‘book tour’....Jeb is whining about his brother’s name; Rubio, a sitting Senator from Fla isn’t showing up for votes in the Senate; and on and on...what are they doing? I’ll tell you what Trump is doing:

This is the Trump Train:

He has told us about illegal immigration, and how he would handle it;

He has shown that if we had good immigration laws, we wouldn’t have the people that blew up the World Trade Center Buildings, the Pentagon...and has proved what needs to be done to enact the laws;

He has told us about how to get jobs back into America, and what he would do to do it;

He has a tax plan, and how it works;

He has a gun plan, and how he would work it;

He has told us obumacare is bad for the country, and what he would do about it;

He has told us about the Social Security going broke, and what he is going to do about it;

He has told us that the immigrants are being treated better than our vets, and what he would do to change it;

He has told us why he is financing his own campaign and why he is doing that;

He has told us that he wants Education back in the States, not in the federal government; and how bad common core is and why;

He has told us why he wants to shut down the EPA, and the reasons why;

He has told us why P.C. is so bad, and how it is taking away our expression of the freedoms we have;

So this is why my support goes to Trump, he makes deals, he runs multi billion dollar companies, and owns them, with someone as brilliant as this, I want THIS someone to put America on its feet again....

People, people, people!

This is a snapshot one year before the election!

There's the potential for great things, but this is a little early to be measuring for curtains.

But Cruz hasn’t got the most important thing, a black skin. Most of those holding tight to Carson are only doing it because he’s black, and they are so desperate to vote for a black man that they don’t even care that Carson has aligned himself with Sharpton, wants strict gun control, and is in favor of some form of amnesty.
