"Nov. 4, 2015, the day Ted Cruz took on sanctuary cities, Chinese oppression, Obama's attempt to put a financial chokehold on gun shops, and the failure of the Obama Administration to prosecute the war on terror."

"Being a Senator is not just about having your name put on a piece of legislation that is so watered down that it passes. It is about using the unique bully pulpit to shine a spotlight on issues that matter. It is about using your Committee assignments to fight against abuse of power and for freedom. It is about pushing your colleagues to rise above the stench of business as usual and fighting for a restoration of our Constitution after decades of decline."

acting simply as a partisan arm of whatever president happens to be in the White House.

A few months back a liberal explained to me that an appointed attorney general is a must. If not how would a sitting president enforce his directives?

The Trump people will be here to bash Cruz soon. They’re”conservatives.”

Brilliant, hard worker (sorry for the racism), and conservative.

What else could you want?

Cruz is already doing the job he was elected to do. To he who is faithful with little more is given.

Cruz has my support!

I saw him about two weeks ago in Austin at a lunch for about 50 people.

I was sitting about ten feet from him and I can verify that his speaking abilities with no notes are second to none.

He talked about an hour and I got to shake his hand and ask him a question which he studiously and thoughtfully answered.

To say the least, it was time well spent and he is a most impressive man as is Heidi who introduced him.

I am not saying Ted Cruz is Batman

But have you seen them both at the same place,
at the same time?

“Clintion will have to make a choice. Kill him or go to jail.”

If those are der Hildebeeste’s choices, then Cruz had better be shopping for armor plate right now!

I have been slow in coming around to Cruz, the two negatives being lack of administrative experience, and “electability,” but I am warming to the man (though, on issues, I’ve rarely disagreed with him). I may get to him, he’s the only guy (in my mind) who is a better, more thorough and knowledgeable speaker than Rubio, …and he has been more consistent.
