Dr. Carson on Evolution: ‘No One Has Ever Demonstrated One Species Changing to Another Species’
cnsnews ^

Posted on 11/05/2015 7:28:52 PM PST by springwater13

He continued, “Darwin said his whole theory depended on the fossil remains. He said we should be able to line up from a single-cell organism to man, several miles long and just walk right down the fossil trail and see how everything evolved.”

“He [Darwin] said the only reason they didn’t have the fossils was because they were not geologically sophisticated enough, but that we would be in 50 to 100 years,” said Dr. Carson. Well, that was 150 years ago. We still haven’t found them. Where are they? Where are the fossil remains?”

Carson continued, “When you ask the evolutionists about that, they say, ‘Uh, I don’t know where they are, they’re somewhere, they are, we just haven’t found them yet.’ That’s a pretty lame excuse, to be honest with you.”

Earlier in his remarks, Dr. Carson said, “Many people don’t know this but Charles Darwin actually started out in the seminary to become a man of the cloth. He had some experiences with God that didn’t go his way, like his 10-year-old daughter who died of pneumonia despite his pleas.”

We all knew this was coming.

Cruz better be ready to address his faith.

There is no fossil evidence of a transitional species. This is why he needs to be destroyed.

Pray America wakes

Well, he is correct. There is nothing in the fossil record showing anything more than in species variations.

I love to watch Leftists sputter when they have to prove things that they take as fact.

I have always thought it takes much more belief to be an atheist that believes in evolution than to believe in God.

LSM is finding more on Carson in a couple of months than eight years on Obama.

There are 8 species which have been created in the lab. His information is out of date.

The MSM is going to crucify Carson.

Yeah, they've already got the "Crazy Bible-Thumping Cultist" and "Flat-Earth Ignert MoFo" things going ..... who's going to bring the "Crazy Old Creepo Rapist-Hypocrite" a la Cosby and Cain?

That's probably Axelrod the Slime Mold creeping around the old file room right now, looking for old girl friends like he did with Herman Cain.

CNS’s timing on this is interesting.

When it comes to what 'news' it put into the public domain, there are no coincidences.

I concur. CNS is part of MRC, so it’s unlikely it’s meant as the standard media hit piece.

Yes they are. He’s an intelligent, gifted man who would be ok for our country but he doesn’t have a shot winning in the general.

Take a look at Gifted Hands. Wonderful movie about him. We show it to our 8th grade science class.

I really admire the guy. I’d vote for him in the General. Not the Primary.

Liberals and evolutionist will be up in arms.

They’ll be like, “just because we can’t prove it, doesn’t mean it’s wrong!”.

“Cruz better be ready to address his faith”

Cruz attends a huge Baptist church in Houston, I think First Baptist. It’s easier to demonize and scare people about someone who attends a SDA church than someone who attends a church that half the people in the south attend. The dems and the media should be careful about trying to demonize such a prominent denomination.

Cool with intelligent design. But the Earth is 4.5 Billion. And the universe is 13.7 billion. Physics. God made the place, but He is like a beautiful Gardner. Evolution has holes.

That’s right. The first match gets the caveman’s attention. The second light gives Fred Flintstone time to aim his spear. The third, and you’ve got a dead dino.

Reductio ad absurdum (Latin: “reduction to absurdity”; pl.: reductiones ad absurdum), also known as argumentum ad absurdum (Latin: argument to absurdity), is a common form of argument which seeks to demonstrate that a statement is true by showing that a false, untenable, or absurd result follows from its denial, or in turn to demonstrate that a statement is false by showing that a false, untenable, or absurd result follows from its acceptance.
