The shallow and crass Obama - after stringing the politics of this along for 7 years, TransCanada announced Wednesday it was WITHDRAWING its application.
So what does Obama do? Come out after the fact, and announce he’s canceling it.

.... I suppose this whole thing could be a political ploy to allow Hillary the chance to separate herself from the Obama Administration by coming out against Obama's decision to do this.
