A federal appeals court said Monday that President Obama could not move forward with his plans to overhaul immigration rules by providing up to five million people with work permits and protection from deportation.
A three-judge panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, in New Orleans, ruled 2 to 1 against an appeal by the Obama administration, saying that a lawsuit brought by 26 states to block Mr. Obama's actions was likely to succeed at trial.
The ruling is the latest blow to the president's efforts to circumvent congressional inaction on immigration by using the power of his office to reshape the way the nation's immigration laws are enforced. ...

I would have preferred the ruling to be 3-0. However, what does it matter? Lawless Obama will do whatever he chooses because he is the Teflon president. Who will challenge is defiance of the ruling? The DOJ will DEFEND his lawless actions and Congress will do nothing.

Congress has taken action on immigration. Laws are on the books, and have been on the books for years.

Every single law, policy, program, every single act of defiance, transgression of the law, or out of a sense of personal antagonism against what he felt was erroneous.

Everything he's enacted, supported, facilitated had nothing to do with what he thought was a matter of right or wrong.
No.
Every single act he has done, undertaken has been driven, motivated by his relentless animus, hatred, contempt against this grand Republic, against this beloved land of ours, the United States of America, it's people, its traditions,institutions even its history, from a source deep within his troubled, sick possessed psyche, its pathologically malevolent origin serving as an infinite source of negative, diabolical energy that propels his utter sense of sheer destructiveness, obsession to destroy this country in whatever way, manner or form he as the CIC the power and the access to facilitate, make happen as he has so demonstrably shown to be the case.
But his Satanic-wracked persona goes even further than that. Not only has he no capacity to feel, empathy to share, no moral guide within him to keep his impulsive sense of solipsistic destructiveness in control, merely only against Americans, whites, Christians,Jews but if the truth be were told he is as Machiavellian, utterly, completely evil, hate-filled to the point where every moment is cause for personal schandenfreude as any misanthrope could ever be.
