Well, this should make the crapweasels in D.C. listen.
On Monday, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals told the immigration power-grabbers in the Obama administration to stuff it.
The amnesty sympathizers in the media mourned mightily.
"Appeals court rules against Obama's plan to protect about 5 million people from deportation," the Associated Press spun.
"Court again blocks Obama's plan to protect undocumented migrants," the left-wing U.K. Guardian decried.
"President Barack Obama's executive action to shield millions of undocumented immigrants from deportation suffered a legal setback on Monday with an appeal to the Supreme Court now the administration's only option," Reuters reported.
Or rather, editorialized in the guise of reporting.
By a 2-1 decision, the federal judges handed a landmark victory to 26 states, led by Texas, that forcefully challenged the legality of Obama's executive amnesty overreach. The 5th Circuit majority ruled that the states' case was "likely to succeed on its merits" and that a lower court's injunction against the White House was "impressive and thorough." Judge Jerry Smith summed up: "At its core, this case is about the (Department of Homeland Security) Secretary's decision to change the immigration classification of millions of illegal aliens on a class-wide basis."

Immigration is an issue that clearly illustrates that elites of both Parties represent treasonous and anti-American forces and cabals. They both work against US citizens, workers, the middle class, our national sovereignty and our legacy American culture that they want changed to brown from wasp.

Glenn had to ask if she was endorsing Trump. She didn't however she endorsed Trump's immigration policy, and hoped that others would endorse it too. Everything she said about H-1B hurt Cruz and Rubio.
I was in a Cleveland Chinese restaurant a few years ago. A couple tables away was a stunning woman with her kids. It was MM. She is a major babe! I wish I had intriduced myself, but I was shy.
The judge made the ruling. How is he going to enforce it? Inquiring minds want to know?

Malkin TOTALLY LAID IN TO RUBIO on Hantity’s radio show today. It was great. Hantity was saying that he still (sickly) loves Rubio and Malkin just TORE THAT UP saying that he double-crossed the Tea Party, he double-crossed the rest of his supporters, and he double-crossed the country on Amnesty.
And he didn’t just ‘support it’ or just ‘vote for it’, he LED THE CHARGE to repopulate this country. Even Hantity seemed to be getting it...let’s hope Rush can understand her point too - Rush as struggled, almost as if he has forgotten just what Rubio did, and will ALMOST CERTAINLY do again, if given the chance.

I’ll never forget Rubio and his part in the Gang of Eight, he was new in the Senate but not new to politics nor the illegal alien problem in the country.
I’ve no doubt he’s for amnesty no matter what he says now.
You’re welcome. Rubio is still struggling just to hide his support for Amnesty...he says they will not be citizens...they’ll just get green cards, bring their families, have babies, and have kids that vote Democrat by the millions.
It’s not rocket science to know what that means to conservatives in the future. The fact that Rubio simply REFUSES to acknowledge that means he needs to be STOPPED and TOTALLY STOPPED in his quest.
And thankfully...he is being stopped, so far.
She does have a knack for turning just the right phrase to suit the issue and cut our antagonists to ribbons, doesn't she?
He can't, but you can probably throw pretty big monkey wrench into the works by starting a public discussion about whether any future administration would be obligated to honor those documents if they were issued in violation of that court order.
