The second amendment is plenty good if you have terrorists in your neighborhood, provided you have already exercised your 2nd amendment rights!
You didn't indicate it was a live feed.
Therefore, your title and comment caused people clicking the link to expect to be taken to a video/article about French citizens indicating fear of showing their faces rather than a run of the mill live feed.
If there is a segment on that live feed, you didn't give a time stamp so people following your link later could find the segment you cited in your post.
I was thinking about first amendment rights because the article was about the French being afraid to speak up. 2nd amendment would help. It would stop the attacks. Not having terrorists in your neighborhood would be even better. Borders and wise immigration policies would help that.
I would suggest a slightly different perspective. It is Islam that governments to do consider the problem. They can have surveillance on us, find keywords the overt mooselimbs use and track them, so in that regard they are taking terrorism seriously. But that approach is like emptying the Pacific Ocean with a tablespoon.
The problem is Islam, not terrorism. Once we have properly defined the problem, the solution is very easy to see.
