From the Nevada Governor’s Office:
Governor Brian Sandoval has released the following statement in response to questions about refugee resettlement programs.
“Like many of my fellow governors, I am concerned first and foremost with the security of my state in the aftermath of Friday’s tragic events in Paris. It is in the interest of all Nevadans and the millions who travel to our state annually to insist on extensive evaluations of any potential risk individuals may pose to Nevada or our national security. Earlier today, I asked state agencies to help determine the total number of refugees currently in Nevada. I have also contacted the White House and will follow up with a letter to President Obama requesting a review of the refugee eligibility, security, funding and notification processes for resettlement programs conducted by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U. S. State Department and related agencies. We must balance our nation’s role as an international leader with the safety and security of our citizens and visitors.”
I agree. It’s too easy for them to go to another state. As we saw in Paris, it takes only a few to create terror. We should not take any. There is no way to vet them. Let them go to Muslims countries.
If they worship Allah, then we should say “no” to ALL Middle East “refugees” ... There are no such thing as a “good” or “peaceful” Muslim.
Thing is, living in PA or not, they can go anywhere in the US freely.
That sounds like a squishy “maybe” to me.
38 is the magic number. If we had 38 states, they can go tell the federal government bye-bye.
The ultimate power and authority resides in that number of states to do anything in this country, including disbanding Congress, firing the President, and removing the Supreme Court.
Obama may have given us the best deployment of States Rights we have witnessed in generations. The juggernaut may have awakened from slumber.
Will there be time for Loretta Lynch to sue these governors making them allow marriage between these Syrian immigrants and their 9 year old cousins?

I agree. Some of the governors might need some pressure. I presume this is why Nikki Haley of SC changed her stand.
Colorado - a cabal of pot-smoking brain damaged fools - the entire state is populated with mindless numskulls. And I have them as a neighbor. Can we relocate Nebraska, please? Or else jettison Colorado into the Pacific Ocean?
If this doesn’t get 38 states there is no hope of ever getting the convention....

AND who make their women walk around dressed like eskimos in 100 degree weather?
AND who are intolerant of gay marriage? AND gay adoption?
AND who are intolerant of people drinking a beer
AND PEOPLE WHO EVEN ON TOP OF IT ALL ..... HATE DOGS BUT RAPE YOUNG BOYS AS PART OF THEIR “CULTURE”. WHO KILL THEIR DAUGHTERS FOR DATING SOMEONE NOT A MOSLUM....AND CALL IT AN HONOR KILLING?

I’m in MA,which is on your list,but CT,NY,VT and RI aren’t.
Our states are all on top of each other so even if we say no they’ll just come in anyway. Short distance for all of these states.
