Is that in the constitution? That part about commitment to refugees and such-like?
Seems a lot of folks think that an infinite commitment to universal niceness is possible to finite, limited, and human... beings. They keep lecturing about finite resources and sustainable lifestyle. You would think they might wake up to the fact that America is a finite resource and scattershot, unending, mindless philanthropy (so-called) is an unsustainable lifestyle.

I think it is more that our ghouls in positions of power are free-balling their interpretation of the utopian Constitutional ideal. They CONCOCT all sorts of “it’s un-American not to.....” and nebulous rights that aren’t enumerated in the Constitution.

It’s part of their ‘living document’ meme whereby they and judges can interpret some pretty clear and concise words to mean any damn thing they want them to be.

Obama is bound and determined to substantively change the demographics in this country; specifically, by introducing untold numbers of Muslims. He is doing this because he is one, period.

Each member of these do-gooder orgs should volunteer to adopt a Syrian family.

Its all good when you can play Mr Nice Guy on somebody elses dime, the real test of your philanthropy is when you open your spare bedroom.
