Great idea..."Moonbat State"...how appropriate. Maybe add Eugene and Corvallis into that creepy amalgam. But, then leave beautiful Bend, Sisters, Redmond (even a little of Sweet Home) and the rest of the state to the Repubs (no RINOs allowed).

Actually all it would take would be moving Portland into its own state and the rest of the state would be reliably conservative. I am from the Salem area and our metro area leans right and would balance out Eugene. The rest of the state would more than balance out the few coastal towns and we would have a very conservative state.
