In early July 2007, Vitter’s phone number was included in a published list of phone records of Pamela Martin and Associates, a company owned and run by Deborah Jeane Palfrey, also known as the “D.C. Madam”, convicted by the U.S. government for running a prostitution service. Thank you. Vitter lost by a 54-46 margin. I would imagine that there's enough disgust with supposed conservatives who sell out for it to have cost Vitter the election.

Republicans expect more of our candidates. So many "conservatives" have backstabbed us from among those who had something in their background that contradicts their narrative. Perhaps, if those running for office don't clean out the closet first, they shouldn't expect the conservative vote.
