I’ve seen pics of his apartment and one of them had a telescope. Most high rise apts have one in NYC. I’m sure his was a spendy one.
It’s only logical. You pay millions and millions for the view and you wouldn’t spend a thousand or so for a great telescope? Right?
Here’s a thought, why do you suppose they have those pay-per-view binoculars atop the Empire State Building?
