Ankara explosions: Reports of multiple blasts and injuries in Turkish capital

Multiple explosions have taken place in the Turkish capital Ankara, it has been reported.
Witnesses say the blasts resulted in several popping sounds and caused a number of injuries.
Reports from the city said the violence explosions caused panic with many people taking to social media fearing a coordinated attack.
Emergency services rushed onto the streets shortly after the blasts at about 1.30pm local time.
Military personal and firefighters were also deployed. Local police said they investigated but found no evidence of a coordinated attack.

My pet conspiracy theory of the day:
Shiite allies of Russia (possibly Iranian intelligence) staging a revenge attack and sending a message to Erdogan.
Turkey supports ISIS so no way this is their handiwork.
I suspect anyone in Ankara that heard the blast had sphincter problems...

How about Mossad agents doing this to fuel a war.

We are already in a world war, a widespread low-grade war, the intensity just hasn’t ramped up enough for you to recognize it as such. It started about 1,400 years ago. Consider how much violence is happening around the world - muslims are the cause most of it. The Russians and Chinese are another axis in this conflict. The West is only beginning to recognize the problem. In summary, the world is in a mess, but don’t worry - it will only get worse.
Stuff blows up in large cities every day. That is why it’s important to wait.
For example, 12 people were shot in a mass shooting in New Orleans. But if you wait a few days it is clear that it wasn’t terrorism. Just a normal weekend night in NOLA.
That’s good too.
I’m 46 years old and I don’t think we’ve been closer to another world war in my entire life. 1969 —> today.
More evidence Assad/Putin may be aligned with ISIS, we know Assad has aided jihadis before.
Let’s not forget the Armenians. They’re due to extract a whole bunch of revenge.
