Why don’t they go for a la carte programming instead of their bundles.

I have been cable tv free since 2007. I would consider coming back if they offered a la carte.

I refuse to pay for liberal propaganda.

The bundling mess is protected by congress...

A la carte program offering requires a change in law of sufficient clarity to keep the FCC from retaining it by regulation.

I do have cable internet, but that's it!

I’m in the same boat you are.

I would go back to cable in a heart beat. There are about 5 channels or so that I’d want. TCM being the top of the list.

Many channels simply will go out of existence. I bet public TV would slide down the tubes.

A la carte would cost even more. Popular channels like sports would be really expensive.
