If we had elected members of congress, who were not bought and paid for, really believed in the American Idea for all Americans, he would have been in jail by now. But unfortunately we have those kind of elected with the exception of a few. Too many GOPe are more democrat than Republican. They are, for the most part, one world government.
The operation for supplying weapons to Libyan rebels was known as ‘Operation Zero Footprint’ and was actually legal as Congress was informed(Gang of Eight). Syrian rebel supplied weapons is another matter as it is questionable whether Congress was ever informed thus making such transfer possibly illegal. The Defense Department may have known about Libyan weapons but considering the Syrian weapons transfer was a State Department/CIA run operation, DD probably didn’t know anything about it hence the reason for no military response to the Benghazi attack.
Clinton and Obama should be in prison for the coverup alone. Americans were murdered, and this administration knowingly promoted lies and obstructed justice. This is thousands of times bigger than what Nixon was impeached for. If Clinton ever had a shred of decency and integrity, she would immediately withdraw from the race in shame and live in seclusion. But that will not happen because her and her husband are modern day Jezebel and Ahab. A similar future awaits them.

That's the key. Obama+Hillary told Congress about the weapons to Libyans...but were keeping the gun-running to the Syrians secret (and illegal).
There are also *several* youtube videos from that timeframe of Libyans setting off mustard gas chemical munitions in remote areas of Libya...which no doubt coincides timewise with Obama's "Red Line" and the many claims of those weapons being used in Syria.
