Were the misguided lone wolf ideologues in that black vehicle with the flashing hazard lights on or was that police vehicle?
I think the terrorists flashed hazards. Noticed that in the Fox video of the shootout as well.
They weren’t going very fast. It’s almost as if they were trying to get caught rather than get away.
They were going about 40 MPH. But then Syed began opening fire. One of the police car windows is shot out on the Fox video of the chase.
They probably bumped into something triggering the hazards.

That sounded like automatic fire, but was it the police or the perps?
My thoughts were “hmm, ‘Heartbreak Ridge’ - “this is the AK-47, the preferred weapon of your enemy, it has a distinctive sound ...”.
Anyone out there want to hazard a guess what the guns were(despite my having heard “M-4” mentioned, they wore out the term ‘long guns’)?
