I’ve been a big Cruz supporter. But this is a problem for me.
I’m for both....but will see how this plays out. We have a loooooong time ‘til next November.
Here’s where the Christian side of Cruz ought to shine, if it is up to the task (and it might not be). Does he have some plan to screen the incoming that would exclude the haters? Even yet it’s troublesome because “moderates” can flip and in a certain spiritual atmosphere it is more likely.

If Cruz’s policy is only letting thoroughly vetted DNA vouched Muslims in with full background history that’s fine. That will eliminate 99.9999% anyway.

Well, it’s what I said earlier about if Cruz would win I don’t think he has the edge needed to effect change. Classic example here. Trump leads, Cruz hangs around but won’t really get out front.

Why should it? Mr. Trump is engaging in extreme rhetoric he cannot ever bring about. It only serves to please what I, IMHO, believe is a mob mentality which Mr. Trump is playing to.
However, Senator Cruz is answering in a rational way. I think it makes Senator Cruz look mature in contrast to Mr. Trump.
