For how long? A week? You think the readmission process will be as usual? Don't bet on it. Trump is an employer of hordes of maids, dishwashers, groundskeepers, maintenance people, and construction laborers. He is NOT going to commit economic suicide. He has stated that the return process will be "expedited." They'll be back so fast and in such HUGE numbers you will have been screwed compared to your expectations.

Was Trump’s proposal made in good faith? Or just to bait his opponents?
I dunno.
But I guess he could demonstrate good faith by firing all the Muslim employees working for his various companies.
Having been in “his” business, I believe I know more about his employment choices than you do. There are millions of Americans who have been robbed of those good jobs that should be theirs. When our TRUE employment figures are sufficiently low, maybe we can give some thought to limited immigration. We owe it to NOBODY to take in, clothe, shelter, and feed the world. Time they do it on their own without America paying the bills. Start with kicking the UN out of America.
