They fell into Trump’s trap.
He kept reminding them how much money he makes for them.
They bit big time!
I think Trump will revive his demand for CNN to pay money to the Vets if they want to have this extra debate.
Trump, Cruz and even Carson should just say they have prior commitments. No one is going to tune in.
Obviously, the RNC is doing this for a reason.
Another debate is unnecessary.
What is necessary is for some of the 4% and below people TO DROP OUT ALREADY!
That was not a contract.
Trump could (once again) ask CNN to take a percentage of the profits from the airing of the debate and give it to homeless VETS, else he won’t show up.
Since we know they haven’t and won’t pay, he sticks to his word and doesn’t show.

They’ve been plotting something since 6/15/2015.

I am registered R and I am going to change to an I. I cannot stand what they are doing.
1. The RNC does enough stupid/nasty stuff to force Trump out of the Republican Party (they don't call it the Stupid Party for nothing!).
2. Trump bolts the Republican Party to run as an independent. Cruz joins him as an independent.
3. Trump/Cruz win in a landslide.
4. Afterwards, Trump/Cruz organize a new political party. For now, let's call it the American Party.
5. After the next Congress convenes, there's a gigantic defection of Republican conservatives to the American Party. A smaller, but still significant, number of Demos bail for the American Party as well, seeing this is their last chance to escape the radical socialist/collectivist liberal party. Initially this realignment mostly happens in the House, but enough conservative Republicans in the Senate abandon the Republican Party to deprive it of its majority.
6. The re-alignment proceeds through Trump's first term, so that after the 2018 elections, the House is divided into three parties (the American Party with the most members, Liberal Demos next in numbers, Republican Party with the fewest members).
7. After Trump/Cruz wins the 2022 elections and new American Party senators are elected to the Senate, along with a new House majority of American Party congressmen, the Republican party finally goes the way of the Whigs.
If Trump already has campaign plans he’s forked reservation money out for, he can tell them to go to hell.
That January 5th date is just 3.5 weeks away. And then another one ten days later...?
He has no obligation to show up, and if he doesn’t it takes two opportunities to screw him away.
He should just skip the events.
I think they should all refuse to appear.
The Donald, Cruz and Carson should just skip it.
It would be one big “kids table” debate. Maybe Miss Lindsey could join their little table as well.

How many House Democrats are non-Marxists ? They could caucus in a cat's litter box. The most "Conservative" House Democrat would be on the far-left of the GOP. This isn't like the 1850s when a fair contingent of anti-slavery Northern Democrats left for the new Republican Party.
Trump ain’t really “My Guy”, but you think Trump is going to burn out? Burn out before any of the others?
I think Trump and Cruz are just beginning to get close to their stride. All the others sure seem to be bumping into some wall or another.
Why RNC is doing this number 13 is indeed a puzzler. maybe they don’t know how to quit digging that hole they are in.
My objection is primarily ‘CNN’ and anyone who needs 13 debates (?) to make up their mind don’t have much mind to make up.
LOLOL....so funny...not everything is centered around Trump contrary to popular opinion.....some do get up in the morning without thinking of the latest celebrity news.
However I think it’s a good idea having more than one debate in short time.....will give every candidate a time to speak up and people to listen to what they’re saying if they din’t get it out in the first run.......good plan IMO.
The CNN debate will be a full frontal assault on Trump, by CNN and the other Republicans. Don’t give them the opportunity.
Trump should schedule one-on-one debates with hillary during the same time slots. GOPe heads would spin 360.
