I think he is wrong and Trump is right on this. The problem is that Cruz allows a way around the system for the terrorists. They just have to initiate their paperwork from the right location The problem is not location. It’s ideology.
I don’t think they would lie about the religion. I do think they would find a way to initiate the immigration from the approved of locations.
Cruz focuses on countries. He’s on the right side on national security.
Too bad the clinton donor didn’t say countries like the one the California terrorist lady came from.
The US Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952 is easily found online for your or anyone elses' review.
In a nutshell, it banned COMMUNISTS specifically from immigrating to America and in broad strokes banned ANYONE from any other country who sought to come here who subscribed to a political ideology that was in direct conflict with the United States Constitution.
There's much more to it than that, but there it is in a nutshell.
YES, Islam is a Theocracy (Political & Religion combined) that is in direct conflict with the United States Constitution and by a simple application of the US Immigration & Naturalization Act of 1952 is LEGALLY BANNED in the United States.
Now, here's the best part that I've not heard ANYONE talk about: The Democrat Controlled Congress which had a SUPERMAJORITY in 1952 passed it, and then OVER-RODE Democrat President Harry S. Truman's veto to enact into law.
Truman opted out of the 1952 Presidential Election, and Adlai Stevenson ran in the General Election as a Democrat against Republican Dwight D. Eisenhower. Eisenhower won in a near landslide.
Now why is this point important? If the Democrats and Republicans were SERIOUS about doing anything other than kissing muzzie ass, they'd REPEAL the Immigration & Naturalization Act of 1952 claiming it's "racist" and send the repeal to Obama's desk for signature, which no doubt Obama would sign.
Now ask yourself: Why aren't the Democrats and Republican's doing exactly that right now? (hint: ELECTION YEAR and Trump is kicking their asses on this topic right now.)
With the Jews, Germans just had to pull down their pants.
