Two-thirds of Palestinians support the ongoing wave of stabbings against Israelis, with the same percentage backing a larger armed uprising, a poll released on Monday found.
Sixty-seven percent back the use of knives, while 66 percent of those asked said an armed intifada or uprising would "serve Palestinian national interests in ways that negotiations could not", the survey by the respected Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research (PSR) found.
At the same time, nearly three-quarters said they opposed the involvement of "young schoolgirls" in stabbings.
Since October 1, almost daily attacks by Palestinians and clashes with Israeli soldiers have killed 117 on the Palestinian side, 17 Israelis, an American and an Eritrean.
Many of the Palestinians killed have been alleged attackers, and a large number have been young people, including teenagers. Others have been shot dead by Israeli security forces during clashes.

They are at war, and they know they are at war.
A key item to keep in mind that it isn’t the regime that is at war, it is the people themselves. And they do not see themselves as at war with the Israeli government, they are at war with the Israeli people.
Thats why the modern style of warfare, which focuses on decapitating leadership while avoiding civilian casualties, misses the point. You can kill all the officers you want to, it doesn’t end the war when its the people themselves who want you dead.
You have to redraw the map in such a way that the people who actually are determined to kill you are expelled to a safe distance, or deprived of any access to you, or are in the ground. This is old-style warfare, that re-draws maps and rearranges demographics. Most people in the West do not have a stomach for this kind of warfare, but our enemies do.
That “tiny percentage” of Palestinkians who support random terrorist atacks against civilians must be growing.
It’s long long past time to just get rid of all this Satanic scum.
What is the percentage breakdown among Isreali citizens?
