I once hung a jury as the sole guilty vote. As deliberations dragged out defendant got scared and reached plea agreement confessing to all crimes. Didnt the not guilty contingent look stupid. A few had the grace to look embarrassed.
If I'm ever on trial and I'm guilty, I want people dumb as bags of rocks on the jury.
Local FOX affiliate live tweeted the trial. There is no way this officer is guilty. Way, way too much reasonable doubt
Good job!
Shame on those two—they lied to the judge.
here`s hoping for not guilty on all counts.
Am always troubled by judges telling people to work harder after they have already said they are deadlocked.
Imagine how any of us would feel if our loved one was convicted only because the judge would not accept that they were deadlocked.
You would always feel that some switched just to get out of there
