From the Article:

Instead, in a tactic that will go mostly unnoticed, this government funding deal was once again negotiated behind closed doors, and then, like several recent "must-pass" bills, will be rammed through the Senate in no time with limited debate and no floor amendments via a parliamentary mechanism called a "privileged message." A privileged message is a tool that has been abused by Congressional leadership to circumvent committees of jurisdiction and bypass regular order of business to expedite legislation for immediate final passage.

GOP no more “surrendered” to Obama than did Syed Farook to Tashfeen Malik, this was conspiracy not surrender! This is a complete hijacking of the federal government by HUGE money somewhere! (Saudi Arabia?). They seem not concerned by election results... maybe like the old Dailey era Chicago saying: “Everybody casts a ballot but the ‘votes’ are already counted”. One wonders???

Boy, this Ted Cruz clown... he can’t get along with anyone. Why can’t he reach across the isle and support all the President’s agenda. He is bull in a china shop. Glad he wrote this article so the voters can see how mean he is and won’t support him in the primaries..... (/s)

You’d think that the GOP, if they were truly the conservative opposition party, or even the “moderate” opposition party, would be ashamed to hear Shmuck Shumer crowing about how they’re doing the ‘rats’ work for them. But they’re not ashamed, because they’re not in opposition to the ‘rats. It’s the Uniparty, in all reality.

Exactly, there’s no “surrender” to it, they have the same agenda-to feed at the trough at taxpayer expense, to bring in cheap labor, to grow government, and not a care in the world as to security, after all, they’re insulated.

Surrendering? No way.

Bending over is more like it.

No, Senator Cruz, the Republicans have already surrendered to Obama, which spawned the 2012 and 2014 mid term elections.

I smell huge rat droppings. It looks like this may not be as much about raping America on the budget deal as it is an attempt to force conservatives to abandon the Republican Party before the primaries.

Their only hope is to shrink the party to a level that they can force their libtard candidate on those so loyal to the party as to let them screw us again. For the GOPe, Hillary is their only hope of retaining power.

Don’t donate. Stay in the party and fight through the primaries. Support any non incumbent. After that, screw them.

Was Paul Ryan the guy years ago that insisted on balancing the budget?

What flipped him? He’s done a Justice Roberts type flip. Something flipped Roberts. Something flipped Ryan.

Above all, I see this as a MORAL failure - different from adultery only in nature, not different in degree.

For ALL GOPe members, their failure to support conservative finanicial issues is above all a moral one.

Fire them all.

Rush - time for a new party?

My only argument is with the use of the past tense.

Congressional Republicans surrendered to Obama long ago.

Trump is the last hope, I wish he could have gone 3 party, the GOPe is a disgrace, Reagan must be turning over in the grave.

What a bunch of cheap labor, screw over the middle class, do nothings in the GOPe.

Here you have a President who has made us less safe, diminished out respect around the world, just about bankrupted us, and is about 40 percent approval.

Obama is a lame duck getting more than he asks for on everything.

Gutless GOPe won’t confront him because of his color.
Trump went after Carson and his polls went up!!!

Don’t these guys see that if it were not for cheap oil and gas the economy would be going into recession?

In 1814 the British burned the US Capitol. They need to come back and do it again. Nothing else has cleansed that wretched hive of scum and villainy.

The massive debt increase owed to the banks, the Saudis whoever will have to be financed with higher loan payments meaning whoever runs the show in 2017 will find a scheme to raise taxes.

I can already hear Paul Ryan pitching ‘tax reform’ after the elections end with a new sales tax of some sort, perhaps...

They will also end up cutting programs as well, maybe even national defense like the UK and European countries who are further down the debt road than we are have done....

ARE meaning "in the process of" - meaning that there seems to be no end to their action.

What we have here is a failure of Republicans to see through the fog of Satan.
