I am assuming that you are a female, which if true, would explain the likelihood of you not hearing the term before. Whether you are or not is irrelevant. Please get over yourself, I’m sure that you have heard far worse things than the word schlong. There is a difference in not liking a candidate and being obnoxious.

I’m in Texas and had definitely heard that word before, but not since jr. high or high school (late 80s/early 90s). Also, I’d only ever heard it as a noun, not as a...verb phrase...er, adjective (???).
The funny thing is that the left/media has made such a big deal out of that word that I can’t get it out of my head now, and I’m guessing that’s probably true for other people, too. The media have helped Trump resurrect a tacky old term and make it kind of cute. :-) Lots of young people are hearing it now for the first time and will start using it, I guarantee you. Good going, Free Speech Police!

Once you’ve been schlonged, you can never be un-schlonged. Sort of like circumcision.
As I understand it, in Trump’s definition, Hillary was SHAFTED by Obama in 2008. My source is the online dictionary, A Merriam Limbaugh. Also, Steyn today said that it was used to mean shafted when a college election was lost. The losing side said they were schlonged by the winning side.
Leaving the meaning of the term he used aside for a moment, Hillary didn’t get ‘schlonged’ or ‘badly beaten’ by Obama. She got ‘schlonged’ or ‘badly beaten’ but the good ole boys who run the DNC. They wanted a black, so they chose him, played around with the MI delegates, and he came out the winner. It had little to do with Obama defeating her in the primaries.
