TRUMP HEADING WEST WITH BULLETPROOF CAMPAIGN
WND ^ | 12/26/2015 | Paul Bremmer

Posted on 12/26/2015 7:51:59 PM PST by BlackFemaleArmyColonel

GOP presidential primary front-runner Donald Trump will be taking his seemingly bulletproof campaign to Scottsdale, Arizona, in March for the Western Conservative Conference, where he has been confirmed as a speaker. Others expected to address the sessions during the March 18-19, 2016, meetings include former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., former NRA president Sandy Froman, and Scottie Nell Hughes of the Tea Party News Network.

Reps. Matt Salmon and Paul Gosar, both Arizona Republicans, will serve as co-chairs of the conference, and previous GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain will deliver the opening keynote address. The Western Conservative Conference is described as the "premier gathering of conservatives in the western U.S." It follows a format similar to CPAC or the Values Voter Summit, featuring plenary sessions with guest speakers and panels, breakout sessions covering specific issues, book signings, exhibits, a luncheon, and a dinner reception.

In fact, the WCC used to be called Western CPAC, according to Floyd Brown, president of the Western Center for Journalism. Brown will serve as one of several co-hosts of the conference, as he has in the past, and the WCJ will be one of many sponsoring organizations. "Traditionally we've had conservatives come from all over the country to these conferences, and they've been well-attended (usually 500 to 1,000 people), and it's a great place for conservatives to network and get to know other conservatives and to discuss the issues that are going to really impact this presidential election, and also the congressional races in 2016," Brown told WND in an interview.

Planned topics for panel discussions include the media, immigration, taxes, Second Amendment rights, free speech, threats to freedom of religion, and more.

Not really, they may vote republican, but what they really are, are the owners of all career politicians. The career politicians can not run for elections without their sugar daddy rich donors. NONE of the candidates running in 2016 can finance their own campaigns except Trump.

When you vote for ANY candidate, you are really voting for his/her rich donors. And what do the rich donors want the most? The cheap labor express!

Why do you think Ted Cruz was forced to push for path to legal status for illegals and 500% increase in H1-B visa workers?

that was pretty dam dangerous!! glad they caught it in time.

agree with all of it, but as someone who has suffered the devastating effects of malpractice, I can attest that money is not given away as easily as it seems in the headlines.

those big numbers are only for racial lawsuits.

Great list to follow.

ah, I don’t have to cast my vote tomorrow and I still have time to hear them both out.

Would have felt a little better if he didn’t say he identified more as a democrat. Immigration is a HUGE issue, but I don’t want another FDR. He won the war but was left on everything else.

I do love I when he slams the left though, In words only he can use :)

I would never profess that Trump is a PERFECT candidate. He is just the best for situation the country finds itself in 2016. He is the only one not controlled by rich donors. He is free to push executive powers to any agenda of his own.

Hopefully he is as patriotic as it seems, and will put interest of the country ahead of everything else. One reason I tend to believe that is his age. I am in his age bracket, and my outlook on money and material things is drastically different now compared to when I was younger.

My point to the poster I was responding to was that the “huge amount of conservatives use illegal labor” was that they weren’t conservatives, but republicans.
Your point to me was/ is Ted Cruz is the same.
That, wether true or not, does not negate my point.

Conservatism is many faceted.

There are social conservatives. They are pro-life and against gay marriage. They are for religious freedom.

There are fiscal conservatives. They want smaller government, less welfare for able bodied Americans, less taxation, more freedom for businesses.

There are environmental conservatives. They are for clean air, clean water, and limit gobbling up of farm land for urban uses.

There are defense conservatives. They want stronger military, fewer foreign wars and less nation building of other countries.

The rich donors come in various combinations of above. What they have in common is to remain ultra rich and that requires their labor costs be kept as low as possible. That is why not a single candidate except Trump talks about deporting ALL illegals. Even the most social & fiscal conservative candidate, Cruz, wants a path to legal status for illegals.

what’s trump’s voting record in office?

Trump wasn't a player in this epic corruption and country killing foreign and domestic policies. All that were brought to you by those in office. I think many millions have noted this too.

Just sayin.

I’m thinking Trump will have Jim Webb as his VP. Brings in centrists and military cred.

that’s a plus these days.

I like him. Like I said I grew up with his name all over in NYC, and I hope I am REALLY wrong.

But I feel another FDR coming. Great for one thing, not so great for others and expanding government.

but if he JUST does the illegal thing right, I guess it would be worth it.

I’ve been wrong about plenty of things, what’s one more :)

Maybe he’ll turn out to be one of the best presidents ever.

I HONESTLY have no idea.

Be nice having that wife as a first lady :)

I wonder if that will affect the female vote one way or the other.

I feel for Ted. He says he HATES constantly begging for money. And how do you turn down “requests” when someone has given you a bundle.

Politics sucks.

should be given a certain amount and no donations. I don’t know.

Trump will only sit in the captain’s chair for one term. He’ll be 74 at the end of one term.

I am 75. It would take you and a small army to get me out of that chair. Punk!

Seriously, Unless Trump came down with some serious disease, which could happen to anyone at any age, I don’t see him walking away from the Presidency due to “age”.
