Whenever I hear someone talking like that I start shaking my head, because what will come out of it will no doubt be as bad or worse than Obamacare has been. How about repeal it, period? And realize that there is nothing government can, or should, do to interfere in this area that could possibly make it better?

Possibly. It's a generic term and the devil is in the details. What "free market solutions" does she mean? If her only proposal is removing any restrictions on selling health insurance across state lines then that's fine. It'll do nothing for costs but at least the government isn't spending any money. But if she's talking about mandating coverage or any sort of subsidies or government paying for it, like Trump is calling for, then we're down the Obama rat hole under a different name.
