Cargill Meat Solutions processes beef, and among their workers were more than 200 Muslim migrants who were dumped in the state with liberal promises of work and a better life. The business thought that they were doing a good thing by giving the Somalis work and even went as far as to make special accommodations for their Islamic prayer rituals on the job. That generosity backfired, which was only a matter of time.
After the company's recent sudden reversal of a long-standing prayer policy offered to Muslim employees only, where they gave the workers five-minute breaks to pray throughout their shifts, the entitled migrants lashed out. Demanding that they get their way and insisting that to deny them frequent breaks is "religious discrimination," more than 100 of the Islamic employees pitched a huge fit.
Ten days ago, 150 Muslim meat workers banded together in a temper tantrum, staging a walkout on the job until they got their prayer time back. Cargill didn't care about their defiance and stuck to their new rule, which they made for a reason. The business said if they want to pray, they need to go home and do it, then the company showed them on Monday exactly how the plant refuses to bow down to Islam.
The Denver Post reported that Cargill fired all the Somali employees who walked out and wouldn't come back until prayer time was reinstated. While some of the workers did return prior to the employer's perfect resolve, the vast majority did not, and they lost their paychecks for good because of it. CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) got wind of what happened and came knocking on Cargill's door.

It’s called “changing the conditions of employment.” Sometimes labor laws, unions of contract prevent you from doing it; sometimes they don’t. But it’s guaranteed to cause trouble.

Somehow I doubt anyone’s preventing the Somalis from returning to Somalia to pursue their religious freedom and pray as often as they’d like.

Lol. How are you going to escape it? Virtually every food processing company in America employs Muslims. You think the companies are going to illegally screen them out when, in many cases, they are one of the few groups who will take the work? Same for dairies, frozen potato products, fertilizer production, etc., etc.

I hope that the DOJ bankrupts them [Cargill Meat Solutions] with legal actions. As far as I am concerned, Cargill committed an act of treason against the United States by hiring the muslims.
The Cargill Ft. Morgan plant has 2,000 employees and are represented by the Teamsters. BTW, the plant did not skip a beat when the 190 muzzies got fired. Whose bright idea was it to dump 200 Somalis in FM, a town of 11,000? That’s like 10 drops of iodine in a shot glass.
And it ain't out of the goodness of their hearts.
It's because if they employ 'refugees' the federal gov will pick up their wages for a time. So their cost is practically nil whereas the Mexicans that cost them minimum wage.
And God only knows what kind of diseases and parasites the Somalis carry.
Cargill should have fired their executive who approved hiring 200 Somali Muslims. Talk about having a death wish. How stupid can one be?
