EXCLUSIVE: Bill Cosby's wife Camille is refusing to be grilled under oath over whether SHE supplied the sedatives he used to 'drug and assault women' - and knew about his sexual 'proclivities'

Bill Cosby's wife Camille is adamant - she did NOT supply her husband with the prescription sedatives he is accused of using to drug and sexually assault women - and she is refusing to be grilled under oath about the comedian's infidelity, according to newly filed court documents obtained exclusively by Daily Mail Online,

On the day the disgraced comedian, accused of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, appeared in court and posted a $1million bail, Camille Cosby came out blasting an attempt by seven women who claim they were sexually assaulted by Cosby to have her deposed about her husband's activities.

Camille Cosby was nowhere in sight when her beleaguered husband arrive at court in Philadelphia yesterday.

Camille Cosby's position is that the law is very clear about husband and wife not having to testify against another or share information from private conversations and says it is nobody's business but her own, according to the documents obtained by Daily Mail Online.

I guess this shows what a good actor he is, he played the part of a good family man and father figure for years.

A man like Cosby, surely doesn't have to force sex on women....he was rich, popular, educated, and I suggest, amply endowed with sexual “equipment”....

Read the transcript from his deposition. He admitted what he did. If Camille seriously doesn’t know what’s been going on since the time she married him, she is criminally stupid. This man is a monster.

Guess again. He likes his women drugged and unconscious so he can have his way. He’s a pseudo-necrophiliac. This is a deeply disturbed individual who must harbor a profound dislike of conscious intimacy and hatred of women.

Interestingly enough she can try and avoid deposition but if the judge thinks she should be deposed she will be...or face stiff sanctions

Why would his bail be $1 million? There is NO likelihood that he would flee—so why not release him on his own recongnizance?

The purpose of bail is to guarantee appearance before the court, NOT to suggest that the alleged “crime” was terrible (requiring a monstrous bail); and need not even be used
if the defendant is not a flight risk.

(However, high bail for others—obviously not Cosby—can mean having to borrow the money from a bail-bondsman; and forfeiting 10% of that—IOW, a high “fine” for being accused.)

Actually, Cosby did leave, at least partially for a time, the liberal plantation. From Wikipedia:

“In May 2004, after receiving an award at the celebration of the 50th anniversary commemoration of the Brown v. Board of Education ruling — a ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court that outlawed racial segregation in schools — Cosby made public remarks critical of African Americans who put higher priorities on sports, fashion, and “acting hard” than on education, self-respect, and self-improvement, pleading for African-American families to educate their children on the many different aspects of American culture.[65][66]

In the “Pound Cake” speech, Cosby asked that African-American parents teach their children better morals at a younger age. As reported in The Washington Times, Cosby “told reporters during a special session of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 34th annual legislative conference” that “Parenting needs to come to the forefront. If you need help and you don’t know how to parent, we want to be able to reach out and touch you.”[67] Richard Leiby of The Washington Post reported, “Bill Cosby was anything but politically correct in his remarks Monday night at a Constitution Hall bash commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Brown v. Board of Education decision.”[68]

Cosby again came under sharp criticism and was again largely unapologetic for his stance when he made similar remarks during a speech in a July 1 meeting commemorating the anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education. During that speech, he admonished apathetic blacks for not assisting or concerning themselves with the individuals who are involved with crime or have counter-productive aspirations. He further described those who needed attention as blacks who “had forgotten the sacrifices of those in the Civil Rights Movement.”[69]

...

In a 2008 interview, Cosby mentioned Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; Detroit, Michigan; Oakland, California; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Springfield, Massachusetts among the cities where crime was high and young African-American men were being murdered and jailed in disproportionate numbers. Cosby stood his ground against criticism and affirmed that African-American parents were continuing to fail to inculcate proper standards of moral behavior.[73] Cosby lectured black communities (usually at churches) about his frustrations with certain problems prevalent in underprivileged urban communities, such as illegal drugs; teenage pregnancy; Black Entertainment Television; high-school dropouts; anti-intellectualism; gangsta rap; vulgarity; thievery; offensive clothing; vanity; parental alienation; single-parenting; and failing to live up to the ideals of Frederick Douglass, Martin Luther King, Jr., and African-Americans who preceded Generation X.

Lip service, to be sure. He has claimed to be for education for years, but when you get right down to it, he’s championed the same Communist/Racist thug politicians time and again who keep their jackboots placed firmly on the throat of the Black community. It’s hard to get up when they won’t let you. Research the phrase: “crabs in the bucket.”

What got Cosby exposed publicly was the incredible double standards he has for himself vs. everyone else. How a depraved moral degenerate/rapist/sex predator has the nerve to go around lecturing the Black community on its problems while he does what he does and sees no problem with it really takes the cake.

Spousal privilege. She doesn’t have to testify if she doesn’t want to.

Apparently that is incorrect. Against him? Maybe not but she'll have to testify.

Judge rules Bill Cosby's wife must give deposition in defamation suit brought against him...

wrong again on all counts. You haven’t done your research have you? The facts prove you wrong. But go ahead and defend the rapist. I suppose you would defend Dahmer as just ‘expressing his sexuality’ or as ‘being hungry’. SMH

//Otherwise, no evidence—nothing happened.//

Right because there is no other types of evidence other than forensic that is admissible and no one was EVER guilty before the development of forensic science /sarcasm.

People like you are why guilty go free.
