Women need jobs, too. The Army and Navy are a bit big, so females can stand out if they are Marines.

The Corps Has many benefits for a recruit. Retirement plan, permanent housing with free outside maintenance, etc. There is a minimum age requirement, but no restriction on years of service. Early retirement is possible.
