Boldfaced state restrictions on free speech. NONE of the Feds business. The people of each state must decide to keep their freedoms of speech or allow the gay agenda to intrude into their freedoms of speech and free exercise of religion because next is banning the Bible and biblical teaching.

This isn’t going anywhere IMO.

We’ve always called them “it.” If they don’t like that, too @(!*# bad.

Not a problem. I’ll make sure no member of my family sets foot in that hellhole again.

What if they prefer to be called “shim”?

I hope all landlords have body cams. I expect the ‘downtrodden’ to lie and file false charges left and right.

$250K? Why stop there. Why not put the immediate family of the accused to death for such an egregious infraction.

Unfortunately, the excessive fines protection of the Eighth Amendment has not been incorporated to the states.

What's the difficulty, here?

Look down. If you see a penis, you're a "he". Don't and you're a "She".

If you're one of the short handful that don't fit into either category, well, we'll figure it out on a case-by-case basis. A few thousand, out of 300 million, I think we'll be able to work around. No need to change the entirety of society for a handful of people, and the whims of a double handful more who are mentally disturbed.

I suggest a universal descriptor which proves to be always correct: Wack Job.

And, I hope it is used frequently and effectively on both the “people” with sex-brain cognition problems and NY politicians.

Be sure to note the addresses of those politicians voting for this law.

New York state people will know what to do.

It is long past time to Alinsky these POSs and make their simple minded lives miserable.
