Well, so far complaints involving the ineligibility for Cruz, Rubio and Jindal to run for president have been filed in three states. Florida, Vermont, and MD. It appears all these people have to do is show proof of the eligibility requirements to run for president as stated in the constitution. So far none have, however Jindal has dropped out so it is moot for him. (Citizenship is not the same as the naturalization requirements for citizenship to run for President as stated in the constitution.)
For some odd reason, Cruz has had his birth records sealed. He’ll have to answer the reason why himself. Heaven forbid if we speculate on that one. It does appear very strange especially if he has nothing to hide? He did show his Canadian Birth Certificate and his paper denouncing his Canadian citizenship, but he has not shown any consulate papers. That must be what he has sealed. So if Cruz will just show proof of the proper papers there should be no problem. But, so far he has not and avoids the subject when asked.
Rubio, will be very difficult to prove as neither of his parents were citizens until five years after he was born.

Well, that has worked for Barack Hussein Obama so far...and his college records have never been released...Mr. Obama is "cloaked in darkness" as to his life in the United States with the exception of a few crumbs here and there...nothing of any note. His days as Community Organizer, that job handed him by Gerald Kellman....community organizing and communism are very similar bed fellows...(Socialism, Marxism, Communism & Obama), but HEY! no one wanted to vet the obama man...at least not the socialists in the nation, but those same types want to vet a real American. one who stands for the United States Constitution.... dang, you just can't have have that.

According to an article in the Dallas Morning News on 8/18/13, "She registered his birth with the U.S. consulate, Frazier said, and the future senator received a U.S. passport in 1986 ahead of a high school trip to England."
If one exists, I imagine it's a private document and not subject to an ordinary FOIA request. If such a document exists, folks will have to ask Sen. Cruz directly to see it. I recommend saying "please."
Exactly. One of these idiots that was claiming that the records were "sealed" actually posted the reply they got to their FOIA request. It said the information could not be released without permission by law. That law applies to the same type of records for everyone.
Demanding documentary proof of Citizenship, even Natural Born Citizenship, makes one a "treasonous enemy of the republic"?
