I kinda encountered that. Years ago when I was walking across the parking lot of a mall, and almost to my car a young black man approached me with a gun and demanded my wallet. I told him all 4 spiritual laws, and that Jesus Christ could save him from his sins, and that dying apart from Jesus would condemn himself to hell. Everything a young Baptist man would learn to say in a standard evangelism class. All in about 30 seconds.... it just flowed. And all the while he was saying shut the F up. But I just kept telling him, and he finally ran off. I was probably stupid, but I was NOT going to give some jerk my wallet. I was probably stupid, but taken care of....

That's what I did then at age 35. Different world now... and I'm 56. Now I carry.

One more story for Trump to use in his stump speeches on Second Amendment rights. In NY, only criminals and cops have guns. (In an emergency, when seconds count, the cops are just minutes away.)
